Mr. Huerta is a Co-Founder and Principal of Rockview Capital. Mr. Huerta oversees the investments activities of the firm, including acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. He is directly responsible for developing and implementing the investment strategies for the firm.

Prior to Rockview Capital, Mr. Huerta served in a variety of roles at Clear Capital (a private equity multifamily investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA) including as Partner of Acquisitions. In his capacity as Partner of Acquisitions, Mr. Huerta was responsible for the evaluation and acquisition of new investments across the Western US. During his time at Clear Capital, Mr. Huerta led more than $1.2BB of transactions comprised of 25 acquisitions and 11 dispositions totaling 5,962 units across six states. Prior to Clear Capital, Mr. Huerta held several roles at other multifamily real estate operators, including The Bascom Group, Next Wave Investors, and The Grupe Company.

Mr. Huerta earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Asherian is a Co-Founder and Principal of Rockview Capital. Mr. Asherian leads capital raising and business development activities for the firm. He works directly with Rockview Capital’s investor base of family offices and private investors, and is directly responsible for the strategic direction of the firm.

Prior to Rockview Capital, Mr. Asherian was at Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a global real estate investment firm, where he focused on the capital raising and development of multiple ground up multifamily projects, as well as the asset management of the firm’s $22BB multifamily portfolio spanning 25,000+ units across the Western US. Before Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Asherian worked at Clear Capital alongside Mr. Huerta, focusing on the underwriting and evaluation of potential acquisitions. In addition to his time in real estate, Mr. Asherian has deep sales and operational experience across a variety of business disciplines, having held key roles at a wholesale distribution company, and a ticketing management company which he founded.

Mr. Asherian holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Prior to USC, he attended Milken Community High School and Sinai Akiba Academy.
