Mr. Huerta is a Co-Founder and Principal of Rockview Capital. Mr. Huerta oversees the investments activities of the firm, including acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. He is directly responsible for developing and implementing the investment strategies for the firm.

Before Rockview Capital, Mr. Huerta was a Partner at Clear Capital, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in multifamily real estate investments across the US. At Clear Capital, Mr. Huerta led more than $1.2B of transactions comprised of 25 acquisitions and 11 dispositions totaling 5,962 units. His full-cycle investments for Clear Capital generated an Average IRR of 26.17% and an Equity Multiple of 1.72x across a ~2.5-year hold. Mr. Huerta was instrumental in the development of Clear Capital's operating platform where he made key hires, established operating procedures, and crafted partnerships with new lenders and joint-venture equity partners. Prior to Clear Capital, Mr. Huerta held several roles at other multifamily real estate operators, including The Bascom Group, Next Wave Investors, and The Grupe Company.

Mr. Huerta earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. He is an active member of the Advisory Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council.
